Job Title: Licensed Online Therapist (Remote)

Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapists to join our growing network of online mental health professionals. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to clients across the United States through our secure and HIPAA-compliant platform. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual sessions with clients via video conferencing.

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health concerns.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our online platform.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide ongoing support between sessions.

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations.

  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in online therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.  

  • Experience providing individual therapy to adults, adolescents, or children.

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable using technology and conducting sessions through online platforms.

  • Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.

Job Title: Clinical Diagnostician (Remote)

Summary:

The Clinical Diagnostician plays a crucial role by providing accurate and timely diagnoses of patients' conditions. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical science, excellent problem-solving skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical interviews with patients to gather relevant medical history and symptoms.

    Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, and imaging scans, to aid in diagnosis.

  • Analyze test results, medical history, and physical examination findings to formulate accurate diagnoses.

  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.

  • Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans in electronic medical records.

  • Knowledge of correlating diagnosis to the DSM5-TR

Qualifications:

  • Board certified Masters or Doctoral Prepared Psychologist or Social Worker.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
